I led a session on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, giving participants a detailed explanatoin of what legal changes are coming their way and what reporting requirements they face. 2024.
Keynote speaker, The WU Gender and Diversity Conference
Drawing on the conference topic of “Embodiment: Exploring the Multidimensionality of the Body in Societies and Organizations,” I gave the keynote talk on “The Gendered Nature of Bodies of Scholarship.” In the talk I discuss how gender norms pervade the process of the creation of scientic knowledge, leaving it partial and incomplete. 2024.
