Pay transparency and gender equality in companies

I support companies in calculating and reporting gender pay gaps in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. With two decades of experience as an economist in academia, strong skills in quantitative data analysis, and extensive report-writing expertise, I provide reliable and precise compliance support.

But my work does not stop at reporting. With a long-standing focus on gender equality in economic processes and outcomes, I help organizations understand the drivers behind their numbers and design strategies to address inequalities. In this way, reporting becomes a foundation for real change.

Data analysis complements the valuable knowledge of HR and People & Culture teams, adding the quantitative perspective that makes patterns visible and solutions actionable.

Research consulting

I also provide consulting for researchers, particularly in preparing applications for research funding. Here I bring my academic background, methodological expertise, and experience in crafting successful proposals to help researchers present their work convincingly and strategically.
