Coaching is about helping you help yourself.
Through structured conversations and creative methods, you are invited to reflect, discover new perspectives, and (re)activate your potential. Each coaching session is solution-focused and oriented toward your strengths and resources, so that you can develop clarity, confidence, and next steps that feel authentic to you.
My approach
I walk alongside you as a sparring partner. With curiosity and structure, I guide you through questions and reflections that shine a light into places that may have felt unclear or hidden. In this process, new options and solutions often become visible. At the end of each session, we translate your insights into concrete next steps for everyday (work) life.
I draw on systemic thinking, always looking at your concerns in the context of roles, relationships, and structures. My clients value my calm and structured presence, my attentiveness to language and metaphors, and my ability to balance pure coaching with subject-matter expertise when it supports their goals.
Coaching can be a short-term support for a specific issue (1–4 hours), or part of a longer process of development and growth.
